Tra My Thai
@tramythai
I improve international logistics processes through analytics, compliance, and automated operational solutions.
ItalyWhat I'm looking for
I've coordinated international logistics and compliance for TOSY Robotics Manufacturing, supporting 260 shipments worth USD 24M across six markets. I translated customs, tax, safety, and operational requirements into reliable export and import processes for B2B and B2C orders.
At Boolanga/Delivery Techoültd., I analyze China-to-EU import workflows, manage customs documentation, and build Power BI reporting for shipment performance and delivery milestones. I also developed an automated customs-documentation tracking tool that removed manual record-keeping and improved data accuracy.
I'm focused on using business process analysis, Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, and Lean Six Sigma to turn operational data into practical improvements. Earlier, I supported consulting engagements in sustainable finance and strengthened client and partner data management through CRM and PRM systems.
