I'm looking to solve complex, ambiguous business problems through data, operations, and practical scalable solutions, ideally in a cross-functional environment where I can improve processes, capacity, and customer outcomes.

At Amazon, I led outbound operations in a high-volume sortation centre, managing real-time workforce allocation, KPI performance, labour planning, and operational readiness while safeguarding quality and customer-experience SLAs.

I’ve delivered process-improvement work across Amazon, Vileda Professional Ibérica, and consulting projects for organisations including Banca Generali, IBM, Microsoft, Gruppo Mondadori, and Gruppo Miroglio. My work spans supply and production planning, customer segmentation, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional project delivery.

I use SQL, Python, R, SAP HANA, Excel, and machine learning to turn ambiguous business problems into practical solutions, from transportation planning tools and air-quality dashboards to water-network leakage prediction models and an AI-powered financial-planning platform.
