I thrive in remote, high-volume customer and donor outreach roles where clear communication and consistent performance matter. I’ve made outbound calls to screen customers for mortgage loan services and, while working from home, I’ve been able to maintain strong daily productivity—making over 200 calls a day.

More recently, I’ve focused on political fundraising by contacting donors over the phone for multiple political candidates. I bring a results-oriented mindset, while staying committed to maintaining performance goals and making sure conversations are handled with clarity and professionalism.

Before my phone-based roles, I built a strong foundation in care work as a CNA, providing daily care for residents and supporting their daily needs. My experience includes proper lifting and body mechanics, safe use of lifting tools, and knowing how to safely redirect residents—skills that translate into steady, empathetic service and reliability. I also completed training as a medical assistant, strengthening my attention to detail and patient-focused support.
