What I'm looking for

I'm focused on private equity-backed and founder-led businesses where I can build and scale people infrastructure, create operational leverage, and align talent, total rewards, and culture with the value-creation plan.

I'm currently Vice President, People & Culture at Winners Circle Group, where I partner with the CEO and C-suite to redesign a behavioral health provider into a scalable MSO model. I build people infrastructure spanning total rewards, talent acquisition, people analytics, AI, and automation to support multi-site growth and operational leverage.

Previously, as Global Head of Human Resources at American Omni Trading, I built the HR function and engagement strategy for a founder-led global consumer products company, helping earn Great Place to Work and Fastest Growing Mid-Market Company recognition. I also led global COVID-19 emergency response efforts with zero workplace exposures and introduced HR technology across performance, learning, compensation, and applicant tracking.

At Memorial Hermann Health System, I created centralized employee relations and HR compliance, delivering a $2.5M efficiency through unemployment-services centralization and establishing an HR PMO overseeing 14 projects. At Air Liquide, I transformed employee and labor relations, compliance, and conflict analytics while supporting efforts that reduced union representation to under 20%.

Across healthcare, consumer, business services, and large-scale operations, I work with founders, executives, and boards to align talent, total rewards, and culture with business objectives.
