I'm looking to lead employee relations and people operations work where I can partner with leadership, strengthen culture and accountability, modernize HR practices, and create employee-centered solutions that improve retention and organizational performance.

At Gonzaga University, I advise 75+ academic and administrative leaders supporting approximately 1,370 employees, leading complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and leave administration.

I've managed 100+ employee relations matters while balancing compliance, risk, and employee needs. I also helped implement a modern applicant tracking system and launch a university-wide performance management framework that strengthened accountability and continuous feedback.

Previously, at Community-Minded Enterprises, I led HR for a 150+ employee, four-location nonprofit. I reduced turnover by 60%, launched a DEIA initiative, built a transparent compensation matrix, and helped transition the organization to a 32-hour workweek.
