At Woolworths Distribution Centre, I work independently across order selection, receiving, dispatch, and stock reconciliation in a technology-enabled environment. I use Vocollect voice-directed systems and handheld digital systems to receive and action work instructions.

I verify incoming stock against purchase orders and supplier documentation, then reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies before completing receiving. I also maintain accurate records for internal use and supplier or driver collection.

Alongside my operations work, I served as a First Aid Officer and was selected for three Employment Agreement negotiations. I was also a Union Delegate and received workplace recognition for initiative.

Earlier, at Wells Metering Services, I independently collected and recorded electricity meter data using a handheld device. At Quality Traffic Services, I provided administrative support, including monthly reconciliation and payroll-related duties, and recorded minutes at Director meetings.
