I’ve built my career in customer-facing roles and healthcare-adjacent support, starting with cashier and retail sales work and growing into behind-the-desk coordination. Currently, I serve as a Customer Service Representative, taking calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping up with paperwork and documents.

In my Direct Support Specialist work at Sunrise Community, I delivered person-centered support to individuals with diverse physical, intellectual, and developmental needs. I supported daily living activities, observed and documented progress and behavior changes, maintained accurate records, and worked with healthcare professionals, families, and support teams to ensure quality care.

I’m also experienced in cash handling and sales support from my time at Habitat for Humanity Restore and McDonald’s, where I greeted customers, computed sales totals, processed cash or credit payments, and handled receipts, refunds, and change due. I bring excellent communication, service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
