I co-founded Deep Nexus, where we built predictive models that use time-series data with Deep Learning neural networks.
I evaluated models in both simulated and live trading environments.
As a member of our tiny seed team, I also managed day-to-day operations ranging from trade review to technical troubleshooting to technical process documentation.

As a an early member of an agricultural biotech startup, I located and contacted new sources of capital while keeping committed investors apprised of project progress.
I took on ad-hoc projects in coordination with the CEO and Chief Scientist.
I also strategized with the team on various early-stage concerns (funding, PR, legal, product testing, go-to-market, and more).

As a leasing agent, I provided furnished housing solutions to individuals and corporate entities.
My responsibilities included sourcing housing options, coordinating viewings, submitting applications, negotiating leases, and intermediating tenant/landlord disputes.

I brokered deals in the commercial real estate space, with a focus on vacant land.

I joined Coldwell as a brand new agent and learned the ropes by assisting two senior brokers. I learned pitching, dealflow, marketing, and closing before obtaining my broker's license before going on to source my own deals.
I brokered sales and leases across the CRE landscape including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and vacant land.

Geary and Geary was a small, family-run wealth management firm. I created and distributed mailings tailored to both current and prospective investors. I also collaborated with the firm's President to keep broker-dealer compliance requirements up to date. In an administrative capacity I handled incoming client inquiries and managed the filing system.
