I’m an outgoing, organized, and approachable professional who thrives in both office and event settings. I build trust through communication, verifying data, maintaining client relationships, and representing brands in high-energy spaces like tastings, trade shows, and events.

Since 2018, I’ve worked as a Brand Ambassador/Account Manager with TABC, preparing craft cocktails and sharing brand knowledge while creating memorable experiences for customers. I also manage customer and client relationships and keep things running smoothly through strong organization and attention to detail.

Alongside that, I’ve broadened my client-support experience as a Case Manager (2017–2020), overseeing healthcare needs, assisting with appointments, finding resources, and maintaining open communication while keeping client files updated and confidential. Most recently, I’m a Life/Health/Annuities insurance broker with Experior Financial Group (2024–Present), identifying client goals, documenting policies from start to finish, educating clients on fitting options, and guiding them with confidentiality and clarity.
