At AddressInvestments, I designed the modular Laravel and PostgreSQL backend for AddressCircle, a broker commission platform serving 1,000+ brokers and 500+ deals a month. It covers the sales pipeline from lead through commission payout.

I replaced hard-coded roles with database-driven permissions and built a two-way Odoo ERP sync for employees, departments, and real-estate inventory. I also shipped three reward programs, including commission cash advances and sales bonuses.

I lead a team of seven developers and own the backend architecture. I review pull requests against code quality and business requirements, and set standards for testing, API documentation, and release notes.

Previously, I led a nine-engineer team delivering REST APIs for Tafweela’s mobility platform. At Paynas, I built and maintained payroll and wallet APIs, addressing database deadlocks with row-level locking.
