At Cylindo, I manage delivery of an average of 20 concurrent client projects, from quoting and scoping through production and final handover. I prioritize by deadlines, business impact and production capacity, and negotiate scope changes to keep plans aligned.
I’m the link between clients and production team leads, sharing status updates and following up on risks, blockers and delayed inputs. I also led onboarding and integration support for 8 new clients and mentored 3 junior project managers.
Before becoming Project Manager, I was Cylindo’s Product Data Supervisor and Product Data Specialist. I led a migration covering 5,000+ products for 30+ customers, supported production teams with tools and workflows, and handled product data quality assurance; through independent projects, I’ve also delivered software using AI coding agents, specifications and review workflows.
