What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and quality assurance work where I can improve product reliability, optimize processes, collaborate across teams, and continue developing my QA and project management skills.

I've led Agile project delivery and quality assurance across e-commerce, e-learning, SaaS, and cybersecurity projects. At Akrinum, I oversaw manual and automated testing for web and mobile SaaS products, partnering with developers, designers, and product managers to improve reliability and user experience.

Previously, I managed e-commerce and e-learning platforms at SIA International and IHR Institute, combining stakeholder coordination, KPI monitoring, regression and exploratory testing, and process optimization. I also served as QA Lead on projects for the International Cyber Criminal Agency and Synotec, a Microsoft Marketplace partner.
