I’m looking for a role where I can own appointment scheduling, provide empathetic customer support, and manage communications with speed and accuracy—preferably in a fast-paced team that values organization, confidentiality, and consistent performance.

I’m a versatile, detail-oriented Medical Assistant and customer-focused professional with experience in healthcare support, appointment scheduling, and virtual assistance. I coordinate high-volume communication and keep schedules accurate in fast-paced, people-first environments.

Currently, I work as a Front Desk Agent / Telephone Operator at Hospiten in Montego Bay, where I manage inbound and outbound calls, support patients with scheduling and follow-ups, and maintain confidential patient records. I also communicate effectively with medical staff to help daily operations run smoothly.

Before that, I served as a Front Desk Agent at Sea Garden Beach Resort, handling reservations, check-ins, guest inquiries, bookings, payments, and administrative tasks. Earlier, as a Customer Support Representative at Radius Global Solutions, I resolved customer issues through phone support and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
