What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a structured IT operations or data center role where I can monitor critical systems, manage incidents, resolve operational exceptions, and support reliable 24/7 service.

At Genesco, I monitored enterprise system activity in a 24/7 production environment, managed incident lifecycles, and met SLA and performance targets. I also built reporting and dashboards that improved job-status and system-performance visibility for cross-functional teams.
