At Children’s Factory, I monitor infrastructure with PRTG, including servers, switches, access points, Palo Alto firewalls, and UPS systems. I manage 25+ Windows servers and respond to alerts and incidents.
At Stifel Inc., I led NOC operations as IT Operations Team Lead and served as an escalation point. In my earlier NOC role there, I monitored global systems, responded to alerts, and documented work in ServiceNow.
Across my infrastructure and support roles, I’ve worked with Windows Server administration, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, and network devices. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Maryville University.
