I’m looking for a healthcare team where I can deliver patient-centered, HIPAA-compliant support, coordinate care, and improve access to services—using my communication strengths and ASL fluency to create a more inclusive experience while growing professionally.

I’m a Master’s degree–trained social work professional who brings compassionate, detail-oriented care to patient services and case management. In my roles, I provide patient-centered support for billing inquiries, payment processing, and account resolution while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

I’m also experienced in care coordination—coordinating services, assessing eligibility, and providing referrals, advocacy, and support in high-caseload settings.
