What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine analysis with clear communication—gathering data, building rapport across teams, and delivering practical recommendations and reporting that help decisions happen faster.

I’ve worked across education and business environments in a volunteer capacity and through my secular work in Australia and overseas. With a technical and financial background, I specialize in business and technical English for professionals, and I feel comfortable communicating with every level of an organization—from secretaries and sales/marketing managers to engineers and executives.

In my Technical Business Analyst role at RMIT University (2010–2012), I developed training and integration materials for Windows 7 and Office 2010 deployment. I conducted surveys, collated data, proposed recommendations for integration issues, and supported deployment of accepted recommendations.

I also enjoy gathering and organizing data end-to-end, from eliciting missing information and entering/registering it into a database to producing monthly activity and accounting reports and scheduling volunteer shifts. In parallel, I’ve built practical client-facing skills as a Data Analyst (Melbourne), a Business Developer, a Business English Teacher, and a freelance Social Media Marketer creating engaging Instagram reels and posts.
