What I'm looking for

I seek research-focused roles combining bioinformatics, statistical modelling, and collaborative genomics projects with opportunities for methodological impact and publication.

I am a PhD-trained bioinformatician and biostatistician with extensive experience applying statistical and machine learning models to multi-scale biological data, particularly in developmental biology and genomics. I design analyses, visualizations, and reproducible reports (R, R Markdown, Shiny) to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for interdisciplinary teams.

Across academic and applied roles I have developed expertise in NGS and epigenomics analysis (ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq), gene expression and regulatory network inference, mixed and Bayesian modelling, and experimental design. I have published in bioinformatics and systems biology, presented internationally, and collaborated with international laboratories to integrate diverse data sources for comparative genomic research.
