What I'm looking for

I seek multidisciplinary roles applying multi-omics integration, computational modeling, and ML to cancer and complex diseases, in collaborative, research-focused teams that value learning and translational impact.

I am a bioinformatician with a BSc in Biochemistry and dual Master's training in Omics Data Analysis and Systems Biology, focused on multi-omics integration, machine learning, and computational modeling of biological systems.

I have combined experimental research in cancer biology (DYRK2-USP28, tumor microenvironment) with hands-on bioinformatics: R, Python, Bash, Git, Conda/Nextflow, Docker, SLURM/Kubernetes, and tools for co-expression and regulatory network analysis.

My work includes Master's theses at EGO Genomics and CABIMER, collaboration on manuscripts under review, and experience in single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and evolutionary simulations, demonstrating a commitment to rigorous, multidisciplinary research.
