What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transform complex data into meaningful insights, improve analytical processes, and support decision-making through statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.

At CIC bioGUNE's Cancer Cell Signaling and Metabolism Lab, I build and maintain reproducible data-analysis pipelines focused on bulk RNA-seq.

I process large-scale genomic datasets from TCGA and GEO, apply machine-learning models, and use Git to support collaborative, reproducible development.

I turn complex analyses into visualizations, interactive dashboards, and technical reports that help cross-functional teams make decisions. Previously, I automated clinical data extraction at Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge, reducing work from weeks to minutes.
