I’m a Biologist with a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics (UOC) and a solid foundation in statistical modeling, experimental design, and omics data analysis. I combine laboratory experience with applied statistical and computational skills, building reproducible bioinformatics workflows for genomics and multi-omics studies.

I work with regression and machine learning for biological data, including survival analysis and longitudinal/repeated-measures modeling, and I’m comfortable with RNA-seq and multi-omics integration using tools like Bioconductor (limma-voom, DESeq2) and R Markdown. I’ve also applied computational methods such as molecular docking (RDKit, AutoDock Vina) and contributed to a bioinspired urban design project by developing and presenting a research-backed prototype; I’m now seeking an entry-level position, internship, or research-oriented role in bioinformatics, biostatistics, or data-driven life sciences.
