What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a strategic HR role where I can improve people processes, use HR data and digital platforms, strengthen employee experience, and partner with leaders on workforce priorities.

At Ikeja Electric Plc, I support performance management, payroll inputs, compensation and benefits, recruitment, career progression, employee relations, and workforce reporting. I collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver people initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

I've also improved employee engagement through workplace learning and recognition initiatives, supported digital HR adoption through Xceed365, and led planning, performance monitoring, and staff mentoring as Head of Science Department at Beulah College.
