What I'm looking for

I'm looking for contract or permanent opportunities where I can improve processes, customer journeys, data quality and delivery outcomes across business and technology teams.

I've delivered business change, process improvement and digital transformation across Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest Group, TSB, Coutts & Co, and Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank. My work spans FCA-regulated financial services, translating complex business problems into practical delivery outcomes.

At Lloyds, I reduced requirements and backlog management time by 25% and helped restart two stalled workstreams. At NatWest, I improved data quality by 92% through data transformation, reconciliation and validation, while at TSB I reduced customer query backlogs by 45% through workflow redesign.

I also founded and run Dandy Lux, where I manage ecommerce operations, suppliers, fulfilment and customer experience. I bring hands-on experience in requirements, process mapping, UAT, stakeholder workshops, KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
