I'm looking to continue delivering customer-focused digital products where I can translate business needs into clear requirements, use data to improve decisions, and collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams.

At Monzo, I deliver digital banking onboarding initiatives by turning stakeholder requirements into user stories, BPMN workflows, and compliant traceability across major releases. I use SQL and Looker to analyze customer funnels and identify conversion bottlenecks, while coordinating UAT and defect triage to support business sign-off.
