I’m looking for a role where I can interact with customers daily, resolve issues quickly, and contribute to lead growth and sales performance—backed by clear processes, supportive teamwork, and opportunities to learn and advance.

I’m an experienced, disciplined, and result-oriented professional focused on customer satisfaction, efficient support performance, and strong lead generation. In sales and customer-facing roles, I develop opportunities for clients, maintain positive relationships, and communicate solutions to keep business moving forward.

From my work as a Customer Acquisition Associate/ Sales Representative and Airtel Customer Service Representative, I’ve handled large volumes of phone calls, identified and resolved customer issues using computer systems, and kept accurate records of customer interactions and accounts. I also bring marketing and project exposure from my digital marketing internship (including Google Ads) and auditing experience as a Sales Auditor, where I verified transactions for accuracy and compliance.
