As a Customer Relations Specialist, I build and maintain strong relationships with customers, conduct daily outbound calls, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Medical Biochemist intern, I conducted enzyme extraction and purification, assisted in laboratory maintenance, and performed quantitative protein assays, contributing to significant research outcomes while adhering to safety standards.

Studied Biochemistry with a focus on the ameliorative effects of hexane extract of chromoleana odorata on cyanide induced lipid peroxidation, dyslipedemia and calcium imbalances. Completed a dissertation that contributed to vital research outcomes in the field.
