I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve inquiries fast, manage complaints end-to-end, and use Excel-based reporting to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through strong relationship management and collaboration.

I’m a results-driven Customer Relationship Officer with over 2 years of experience building and maintaining strong client relationships. I focus on customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and translating client needs into actionable solutions.
