I'm seeking an IT Product Support Specialist role where I can troubleshoot business applications, improve support documentation, automate recurring workflows, and collaborate across teams to improve data quality and user experience.

I've supported business systems at Social Health Authority, diagnosing application and network issues, validating large-scale datasets, and documenting 20+ troubleshooting procedures for staff and future interns.

I build practical support-focused solutions using Python, SQL, REST APIs, and Docker, including a healthcare ETL pipeline and an e-commerce application with inventory, order management, access control, and secure authentication. I'm looking to bring strong troubleshooting, documentation, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration to an IT Product Support Specialist role.
