I’m looking for a leadership role where I can recruit and develop teams, drive performance and patient experience, and build compliant, budget-focused clinic operations. I want a culture that values accountability, strategy, and measurable outcomes.

I’m a proven healthcare operations leader who recruits and develops strong teams—both direct and volunteer—while building programs that deliver results on budget. In senior and executive roles, I’ve directed day-to-day operations, aligned workflows and productivity goals, and cultivated high-engagement cultures centered on patient experience, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Across multi-site clinic environments, I’ve managed annual operating budgets, reviewed monthly financials, and maintained fiscal accountability while ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and OSHA requirements.
