At Youth Enterprise Development Fund, I resolved hardware, software, network, operating system, storage, and peripheral issues. I also supported digitalization efforts, helpdesk coordination, staff training, and day-to-day system configuration.
At Kingdom Ambassadors Television, I delivered live technical support for broadcast and streaming systems during large-scale events. I configured AV equipment, production systems, and streaming encoders while triaging operational issues under strict time constraints.
