I’m a Technical Support Engineer focused on delivering practical, reliable support for robotics and industrial systems. At TERADYNE - UNIVERSAL ROBOTS / MOBILE INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS, I follow user guides and technical manuals to complete skilled repairs.
I troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues by using root cause analysis techniques, especially when problems are complex. I also developed and maintained comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting and system configurations.
