Having worked as a Technical Support professional, I gained hands-on experience in planning and designing projects, including the development of sewage treatment plants. My role involved managing a team and creating detailed computer-aided designs, which honed my ability to work collaboratively and think critically under pressure. I am now actively building my expertise in IT, driven by my lifelong passion for technology and gaming.
