Ting-Wei Chiu

My passion for studying abroad has significantly broadened my horizons, beginning with a transformative experience in 10th grade in Australia and culminating in a degree in Music Production from Full Sail University in Florida. Years of independent overseas study have cultivated resilience, adaptability, and empathy as I’ve connected with diverse cultures worldwide.

With over two years of front-line experience in the study abroad sector, complemented by roles in call centers, I have refined my professionalism by deeply understanding students’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction through tailored support. My work in this field has fostered a global perspective, self-reliance, and critical thinking, essential traits that enhance my ability to serve others effectively.

Serving as a consultant at Dale English and Omega Study Abroad Center has further expanded my vision of helping clients succeed in their educational pursuits. Additionally, my role at Open Access BPO enables me to build strong customer support skills, enriching my experience in client relations. Lastly, being credit card advisor in TEKSystems enhanced my knowledges on financial regulation and procedures in my long term finance career.

Throughout my career, I have consistently developed strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills, all essential for continued professional growth and readiness for the next step in my career journey.
