What I'm looking for

I’m looking for AI-powered learning design and EdTech consulting roles where I can use data-informed curriculum design, instructional technology, and strong stakeholder collaboration to improve outcomes—ideally with remote instructional leadership responsibilities.

I’m a results-driven Learning Systems Designer and Education Leader with 20+ years building high-impact curriculum, leading organizational change, and driving measurable outcomes across K–12 and higher education settings. I focus on data-informed decision-making, instructional technology integration, and stakeholder engagement that translates into practical classroom results.

In my most recent teaching role, I design and deliver AP, Honors, and College Prep History courses that integrate critical thinking frameworks and differentiated instruction. I build supplemental learning materials and assessments aligned to curriculum standards, using instructional technology to enhance engagement and track learning outcomes across diverse populations.

Earlier, I led school-wide improvement as a K–5 Elementary School Principal, directing RTI and IEP processes and overseeing tier placements with a clear focus on program fidelity. I also led data analysis using RICAS/PARCC, NGSS, NAEP, WIDA, and DLM assessments, then translated insights into targeted improvement plans and actionable stakeholder strategies—while monitoring curriculum efficacy through STAR, Dreambox, and Read Naturally.

I bring proven program leadership, including designing and launching Rhode Island’s first recognized ninth-grade transition program (earning a Bronze Medal from Career Choices at George Washington University). I’m currently earning certifications in Cognitive AI Project Management and Claude AI to position for the next generation of AI-powered learning design, EdTech consulting, and remote instructional leadership roles.
