Patrick Glatz
@patrickglatz
I design governed AI learning systems that combine deterministic validation with human-held judgment for educators.
What I'm looking for
I’m an AI enablement and learning experience design systems designer with more than 20 years spanning behavioral systems, program management, and K–12 instruction. I build governed AI workflows and adoption programs that preserve auditable decision paths and make room for human-held final judgment.
In my recent work, I’ve helped educators put AI into practice responsibly through regulation-first instructional design, facilitator toolkits, and structured learning supports. I also contribute to governance by focusing on deterministic validation gates, append-only audit trails, and model-agnostic evaluation that supports grounded, testable outcomes.
My featured governed AI projects include systems that verify AI-cited evidence against source documents, support student writing without generating or correcting prose, and govern evidence search and validation before generation. I bring a deep commitment to data-informed decision making—matching task demand to learner regulation capacity and using progress-monitoring feedback to refine instruction across diverse readiness levels.
