I’m looking for a role where I can own bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable workflows, reconcile variances, and support teams with accurate, confidential records—ideally in a government or nonprofit environment.

I’m an accounting support professional with 20+ years of experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, procurement, and reconciliation across municipal government and nonprofit organizations. I’m known for accuracy, confidentiality, and dependable follow-through, supported by my strong systems mindset and detailed documentation habits.

Since 2019, I’ve worked as an Administrative Specialist II / I for the City of Hollywood (Department of Public Utilities), processing bi-weekly payroll and serving as the first point of contact for attendance and pay-discrepancy questions. I also process purchase requisitions and vendor invoices in compliance with municipal purchasing guidelines, reconcile monthly division expenses, and research variances—then maintain spreadsheets that track budget, payroll, and purchasing activity. I was promoted to Administrative Specialist II in February 2026 for consistent, high-quality performance.

Earlier, I supported bookkeeping and administrative operations with APWU (Miami Area Local 172) by performing QuickBooks work such as bank statement reconciliation, vendor payments, payroll support, and mileage reimbursements.
