I manage and mentor production teams of up to 20 employees while directing quality control and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. I also oversee industrial purchasing and supplier relationships to secure quality raw materials and cost efficiencies.

Promoted internally from Production Operator, I bring hands-on manufacturing experience to process improvement, commercial food formulation development, and new product launches. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English and open to relocation.
