I’m an IT professional with over 6 years of experience, focused on infrastructure, network optimization, and stakeholder-driven delivery. I’ve worked across multi-site support, troubleshooting, and systems administration with an emphasis on reliability and security.
In my current role as Acting IT Coordinator at Liebherr Zambia, I develop and implement technology strategy with Group IT, aligning information systems to business goals. I oversee deployment and maintenance of IT systems, manage critical IT policies (including cybersecurity and disaster recovery), and take ownership of IT department finances and hardware/software planning.
Earlier, I served as an IT Specialist and Help Desk Technician, managing Active Directory and Group Policy, orchestrating software deployments, and improving support across sites in-person and remotely. I also build measurable technical solutions—like automated reporting with Power BI/Automate/Dataverse and zero-touch Windows imaging with SCCM OSD via PXE boot—so IT health, trends, and costs are easier to control.
