At Trade Kings Group’s Dairy Gold Business Unit, I administer and maintain IT systems, LAN/WAN infrastructure, Active Directory, and facility-wide CCTV networks to maximize operational uptime.
I bring six years of IT technician experience from GSB Zambia, where I supported multiple sites, deployed enterprise routers, switches, and access points, and delivered network engineering services for industrial and remote mine-site projects. I work directly with software vendors and ISPs to resolve complex technical and routing issues.
My work includes tier-1/2 support, hardware deployment and repair, backup and disaster-recovery readiness, access control, asset tracking, and technical documentation.
Before moving into IT infrastructure, I managed warehouse data and digital-record transitions at Trade Kings Zambia and monitored industrial control systems and CCTV feeds as a Control Room Operator. I combine practical industrial operations experience with computer systems engineering training to keep technology dependable and well documented.
