What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead training and onboarding that strengthens partnerships, ensures regulatory compliance, and boosts performance. I want to build programs, coach teams, and use systems expertise to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a Partnership Development & Training Manager focused on strengthening relationships through training and development—driving client satisfaction and team performance. I spearhead initiatives that build trust and loyalty, then turn those partnerships into measurable operational results.

In my New Hire Experience leadership, I manage complex onboarding for 1,400+ new hires and coach an 18-member New Hire Assist team to improve efficiency and satisfaction. I also leverage Empower systems expertise to troubleshoot issues quickly, keeping field operations running smoothly.

I’ve delivered tailored training for diverse groups (10–100 reps), mentored Retirement Representatives to accelerate learning and readiness, and supported compliant transitions to Empower platforms. With FINRA Series 6 & 63 and a strong grounding in regulatory compliance, I’m known for program development, performance improvement, and practical, adult learning leadership.
