I’m looking to continue leading retirement plan client service and retention, tackling complex compliance (ERISA/IRS/DOL and SECURE Act 2.0), and delivering personalized guidance while partnering cross-functionally to resolve escalated issues fast.

I’m a dedicated financial professional with 10+ years of experience in retirement plan management and building client relationships. I drive client engagement by ensuring complex compliance is handled confidently and by delivering personalized investment guidance to plan sponsors and participants, including advocacy through SECURE Act 2.0 provisions.

As a Client Service Manager at Empower Retirement (August 2021–Present), I’m accountable for overall delivery of service to plan sponsors, advisors, partners, and third-party administrators. I partner internally to maintain and develop long-term client retention, manage daily communications, proactively share recordkeeping and compliance testing information, and coordinate plan amendment requests, plan design issues, and regulatory updates. I also research complex problems, educate clients on plan provisions and participant/sponsor website functionality, coordinate specialized reporting rollouts, handle escalated issues with legal/compliance/systems teams, and train/mentor new Client Service Managers.

Before this, I served as a Sr. Retirement Consultant (Sales) for the Government Segment (February 2020–August 2021), where I retained assets through education and guidance on distribution decisions and rollover options, including advising active and terminated participants. I also built service expertise through roles including Incoming Rollover Services Representative (January 2019–February 2020), Correspondence Representative at Charles Schwab & Co (February 2017–January 2019), and Financial Service Professional (January 2016–February 2017), including investment research and support for complex tax/account issues.
