What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own complex Shopify replatforming, international commerce and custom platform engineering end to end, ideally where rigorous verification, delivery tooling and measurable commercial outcomes matter.

I've led Shopify rebuilds, international launches and custom commerce systems for eComplete Group, including Happy Place, Trendy Golf, Noted Aromas and Dr David Jack. My work spans Shopify replatforming, multi-market storefronts, custom apps, ERP-safe order flows and platform tooling.

I take complex commerce work end to end: I rebuilt Trendy Golf from a headless Remix storefront into Shopify 2.0, launched Give Me Cosmetics US at a 93% Lighthouse score, and delivered marketplace order routing for Happy Place across 56 brands and around 230 products. For direct clients, my rebuild and optimisation work contributed to reported conversion and revenue growth at East at Home and Drink Finder.

I'm focused on verifying real platform behaviour, not relying on documentation alone. Alongside client delivery, I build practical internal tools, including a multi-store Shopify MCP server used across managed client stores.
