At Teamatical, I rebuilt checkout as a three-step flow with server-side state for ~50 US storefronts; completed payments increased by ~5–7% after release. I also replaced free-text deal configuration with a structured UI and field-level validation, making configuration ~8.5x faster.
I led Teamatical’s CRM migration from Polymer to Lit, using a new shell over legacy components so both versions could run on one backend during a staged rollout. About 95% of the legacy code was removed, all staff moved over, and the migration had zero downtime.
At Vade, I rewrote the early CRM on React, TypeScript, and FSD for two teams, and documented the system with C4 diagrams. I also introduced a BullMQ watchdog that reduced manual stuck-job fixes from 2–4 a week to about one a month.
At European Legal Service (ELS24), I grew from Frontend Developer to Team Lead, Fullstack, starting the company-wide CRM and building a team of four around it. My work there included improving dashboard performance with PostgreSQL and Redis, automating payment reconciliation, and rebuilding video consultations with WebRTC.
