I’m a product-minded IT Project Manager & Product Owner who thrives “in the space between strategy and execution”—turning raw ideas into validated hypotheses and launching MVPs that become real, operational businesses. I focus on cutting time-to-market while empowering cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and an entrepreneurial approach to Agile delivery.
In my current role, I act as an inaugural hybrid PM, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, establishing scalable Agile frameworks (2-week sprints, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). I built a fully operational, independent business from scratch and led end-to-end delivery of 11 successful client-facing projects and 3 internal product initiatives, while directing the SDLC to achieve zero downtime and a 90% bug-free release rate.
I’ve also partnered at executive level and in highly distributed environments—streamlining executive operations, coordinating cross-functional teams of up to 15 developers/designers/QA, and leading performance optimization across 120+ live web platforms (cutting loading times by 3x). Prior to that, I managed global research work for the Central Bank of Armenia and led crisis-management turnarounds as an Anti-Crisis Project Manager, always combining structured risk mitigation with fast, effective change.
