What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Subrogation role where I can use my analytical and investigative skills to manage lien documentation, communicate with clients and third parties, and support accurate, efficient claim recovery with continuous process improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented Subrogation Specialist who thrives on accuracy, problem-solving, and getting claims to resolution. I focus on recovering claims efficiently while maintaining professionalism and exceptional service.

I have experience reviewing documentation, communicating effectively with clients and third parties, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. I handle lien work by requesting updated liens, filing liens when received, managing disputed unrelated claims, and providing case updates to an analyst.

Before subrogation, I built strong service-and-compliance habits through customer-facing work, including checkout duties, compliance checklists, and scan outs. I’m comfortable handling cash register tasks and delivering consistent customer support.

My background also strengthens my reliability and safety mindset, from caregiving roles with safety inspections and incident reporting to supervising children and running developmentally appropriate program activities. I bring professional training including CPR/BLS, HIPAA privacy, OSHA, phlebotomy, and EKG interpretation.
