I’m looking for a senior IT recruitment role where I can lead talent attraction using Workday/Salesforce, strengthen candidate experience, and apply AI to optimize hiring speed and quality—while partnering credibly with hiring leaders across LATAM and the U.S.

I’m a Psychologist with 15+ years in HR across multinational oil & gas companies and IT start-ups, including expatriate experience in Trinidad & Tobago, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. For the past 7 years, I’ve specialized in IT recruitment, partnering with hiring teams to secure the right talent for complex technology needs.

I bring senior expertise in in-house consulting and headhunting roles, using innovative talent attraction strategies—such as LinkedIn employer branding videos—while keeping a strong focus on candidate experience and client credibility. I’m an early adopter of AI in recruitment to optimize processes, and I’ve helped define recruitment strategies during Repsol’s start-up in Trinidad while consistently meeting or exceeding quality and response targets at ASAP.
