At PwC Ecuador, I supported the design and implementation of HR solutions across “talent management, organizational development, performance management, change management, and HR processes optimization.” I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to “assess organizational needs,” analyze data, and deliver insights that enhance organizational impact.
