I’m a resilient, detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician and Implementation Analyst with 7+ years of experience across healthcare and technology environments. In my current role, I bridge the gap between technical products and client needs to support smooth deployment of software, systems, and technical services.

I manage end-to-end installations, configurations, and integrations, then lead requirements analysis by working with clients to understand their goals and define project requirements. I provide end-user training and ongoing support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while maintaining clear implementation documentation and process flows.

Previously, as an Automation Pharmacy Technician IV with Omnicell, I optimized automation use through return and restocking, maintained formulary inventory levels for daily dispensing, and coordinated with the Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot automation issues. I also recommended formulary additions based on usage data and workflow analysis, while ensuring compliance through orientation, training, and adherence to procedures and policies.

Earlier, I served as a Certified Pharmacy Technician across hospital and retail settings, including rotational coverage as the sole technician on duty—handling continuous medication dispensing, order processing, and inventory control while maintaining patient safety and hospital policy compliance. I also supported patient care by resolving concerns, communicating with prescribers, and administering immunizations and COVID-19 tests, and I earned recognition through the Prime Award for mission-driven work.
