I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my communication and customer service skills in a professional working environment, contribute to the organization, and gain practical experience while developing my professional skills.

At VIET MY SSU COMPANY LIMITED, I assisted customers with purchases and inquiries on Shopee for international sellers and Shopee Mall Vietnam.

I also communicated with Vietnamese and international brands to collect and update product information and adjust promotional programs. I coordinated with logistics providers and Shopee support teams to resolve customer issues and complaints.

Earlier, I supported customers at BGR SOLUTIONS and MINSU FAMILY SHOP, and created recruitment and shop content in other roles. I’m a recent Business English graduate seeking an opportunity to apply my communication and customer service skills while gaining practical experience.
