Through my self-employment, I diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on PCs and laptops. I install and maintain Windows and Linux, and configure user software and network equipment.
I also assemble, upgrade, restore, and repair modern and retro PCs, including DOS and Windows 9x/XP systems. My work includes repairing retro game consoles and peripherals, identifying faults, and advising users on technical issues.
At Tochka Lyubvi, I consulted customers across offline and online channels, processed requests, and worked with CRM and internal systems. I consistently met and exceeded target indicators and built a large base of regular customers.
